The
Cosmosil 5m PBB HPLC Column is the next evolution
of HPLC columns developed for fullerene separation
. The Cosmosil 5m PBB Column follows its highly successful
predecessor "The BuckyPrep" column. The
5m PBB Column improve sample loading capacity to about
three time that the Cosmosil BuckyPrep. As much as
530 mg of fullerenes can be injected and separated
in 30 minutes.

Compatibility
with Stronger Solvents |
The
Cosmosil 5m PBB also increases it compatibility with
stronger solvents to reduce the separation time needed
for higher fullerenes. Solvents such as Carbon Disulfide
and 1,2,4-Trichlorobenzene could be used to decrease
the retention time.
